Tone is a very a important aspect of photography because it makes the image look more dynamic. Tone is created through the lightness or darkness of a photograph. In the photographs above tone is obviously shown in the black and white pictures because you can clearly see the change of tone. In the colour photographs tone is shown through the lightness and darkness of the objects in the photograph.
